At Beau & Ro, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
